"No, I didn't" was the answer. As shocked as the Abhinavs were over a beer near the mall. An impromptu plan cropped up. We rushed to our rooms, chucked our stuff and were out within the next 30 mins.

Somewhere in the middle of cyber city, a place called Route 4 exists. Thursday nights are karaoke nights. Abhinav owns a pretty awesome Honda City (Note: I said pretty awesome. Which means in not among the newer lame looking ones. This one was the best thing on the road in 1998), so we had our way around the place.
We reached the place around 9 assuming it would be empty. We were wrong. We were like bees in a beehive. Clearly, "this place is the shit!!". And to top it off, they had happy hours (1+1 on almost everything)
Our man Tiwari walked in like a boss as he is a regular there and took the mic like it was his birth right. It probably was because HE FLOORED THE PLACE with his kickass vocals.

I brayed, along with 17,000 other people in the place. Abhinav, the composed one, can sing really well but NO, he disagrees and did not sing (Include foul words of your choice). We're going to make him pay for it. Ritvik, the entertainer, is fun when normal. Super fun when drunk. This guy should be in your gang. Sumit, the Sardar, kept guzzling alcohol like nobody's business. Look away and look back at him and his booze would be over. This Sardar can drink (Just like every other Sardar. Go Paaji!!). Srinivasan, our silent observer, finally opened up and joined the club of being retarded. We are now family.
A lot of Alcohol and a billion songs later, we stepped out to realise that we did not eat AT ALL. All we did was drink. Stopped near a road side parantha place in cyber city and OH MY GOD! IT WAS AWESOME! Hot paranthas, as tasty as they can get, made me feel like I lost my finger prints because of the temperature it was served in. We had them coming continuously. I think we bought the whole Gaadi.
I don't remember what time we got back but we did, safely while we were in the Delhi groove and Sang "Amplifier by Some random guy". It was hilarious.
It was one mental night. We were probably judged and termed as the worst singers in the world but "In the End, it doesn't even matter"
